At Custom Paints Inc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wearable art; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-painted commissions are final sale due to their unique, handcrafted nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
